Job Description:
The Assistant Manager Manufacturing at Toyota Pakistan will be responsible for developing and updating standardized documents, monitoring departmental KPIs, supporting production preparation activities for new projects, identifying areas of wastage, and ensuring compliance with the Toyota Production System..
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and update standardized documents (WIS, EIS, SWC, and SWCT).
– Department KPI monitoring and resolving critical shop issues related to Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost through close communication with the concerned department
– Support Production preparation activities for new projects (New Model/ Capacity enhancement)
– Identify wastage and propose improvement points for KPI Targets achievements (Consumables, Energy etc).
– Ensure compliance of Toyota Production System at shop floor with smooth and lean production.
