Bank AL Habib is looking for a Customer Support Officer

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

Department: Customer Services Division

Experience: Minimum 1-year banking experience

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
– Attend and greet customers
– Ensure that the Branch Health Checklist (as per SQ Checklist) is completed by physically checking all areas
– Report any service issues encountered to the SQ and the respective Branch Manager
– Guide customers to the relevant desks for the desired service
– Ensure all relevant instruments i.e., deposit slips/brochures and other marketing material are available
– Provide complete information on products/services to customers
– Resolve customer’s queries and complaints of routine nature
– Register customer complaints in the Complaint Management System and maintain an MIS
– Monitor Service Standards & Branch Ambience and send reports weekly
– Educate/introduce customers on the use of Net-Banking (AL Habib Mobile Application), Call Center, and other digital channels
– Check the Complaint box along with BM/OM and ensure they are registered in the system

Skills: Confident individual, excellent customer service, interpersonal communication skills.

Location: Karachi, Hyderabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Mardan, Jhelum
