Deputy Manager Accounts Jobs in Karachi 2024:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, manage payments and account settlements, ensure tax compliance, support financial planning and budgeting, and conduct regular audits to maintain our financial integrity.

Responsibilities:
· Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring all financial records are accurately maintained.
· Manage payments, prepare cheques, and handle party account settlements.
· Verify and approve purchase orders, commercial invoices, and ensure correct recording in the system.
· Review and validate tax-related information in vendor profiles to ensure tax compliance.
· Generate and approve payment vouchers after verifying supporting documents and system entries.
· Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and assisting with complex financial transactions.
· Assist senior management with financial planning and budgeting tasks as needed.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory standards.

Skills:
· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
· Knowledge of tax laws and compliance regulations is preferred.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
