1. Preparing, analyzing, and presenting accurate financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. These reports might include balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial metrics.
2. Collaborating with various departments to develop and manage budgets and monitor expenses and revenues, analyzing financial data, and providing insights for budget adjustments and future financial planning.
3. Overseeing the processing of invoices, payments, and collections from customers. Managing accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to vendors, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
4. Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.
5. Coordinating and managing the external audit process to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Implementing internal controls and policies to safeguard company assets and maintain compliance.
6. Collaborating with tax professionals to ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of tax returns, as well as compliance with tax laws and regulations.
7. Monitoring cash flow to ensure the organization has sufficient funds to meet its operational and financial obligations and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital.
8. Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of accounting software and financial systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
9. Leading and managing a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their performance meets organizational goals.
10. Collaborating with senior management to develop financial strategies and long-term financial plans that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
11. Identifying financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and guidelines.
12. Analyzing financial data to provide insights into business performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
Minimum 3-5 Years of Accounts Management Expertise, Preferably in a Supervisory Role. Specialized in Strategic Financial Planning and Development.
