Assistant Manager Maintenance
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Experience: 4-5 years in FMCG / FOOD Sector.
1. Prepare and schedule preventive/maintenance plans.
2. Execute overall mechanical routine/preventive maintenance activities of plants, machinery, equipment’s including fabrication, fitting and machining activities.
3. Supervise allocated work and motivate staff to achieve targets.
4. Supervising installation/maintenance process of new/old machinery by collectively working with the production manager to initiate tasks during downtime to prevent any hassle for production.
5. Responsible to allocate all engineering maintenance service calls to maintenance departments & monitoring of Job completion and follow-up with the concern departments.
6. Develop and maintain daily job orders report, develop inspection report and retain completion report, monitor and serve work orders received from different departments on priority basis.
7. Close all completed job orders in software, and update internal job order system.
8. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
9. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
10. To perform purchase requisitions and issuance of slip, update inventory records, perform project documentations, maintain record tools, develop material consumption report.
11. Execute and plan projects (Mechanical) with management of time, quality and cost. (TQC).
