Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?
· Design organograms and incorporate changes reported by Talent Acquisition team regarding new joiners, transfers, IJPs and exits in the organization; Share the updated org charts with relevant stakeholders for better decision making when necessary.
· Support department in formulating and arranging the Role Clarification document and Job Description and ensure necessary approvals on the documents by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
· Responsible to maintain the records of all Role Clarification document and Job Description.
· Ensure to timely arrange the Sales Incentives from Regional Sales Admin; Review to ensure that incentives are rewarded within allocated budget and approved by RSM & DGMs and process them for payment.
· Draft and initiate reminders for preparing monthly updates of the HR department, the purpose is to align the department with all the updates in all HR domains. Ensure to receive the monthly and quarterly presentations from all HR domains, review and compile presentations and trackers accordingly.
· Support LM in day-to-day Rewards operations, assist in closing the objective setting cycle, Midyear reviews, PEMs & PIPs.
· Oversee any query received for SAP system for performance management.
