Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from HEC recognized university.
1-3 years of experience in Service Quality (Preferably in Bank)
1. Responsible for monitoring, measuring and reporting key service indicators and areas of improvement.
2. Proficient in providing training to bank staff on Service excellence and FTC
3. Skilled in performing in-depth analyses of dissatisfying factors and composing comprehensive reports.
4. Capable of implementing service procedures
5. Prepared to engage in extensive travel within designated regions and beyond
6. Assist line management in assigned tasks
