We are looking for a “Team Leader (Sales Operations)” for our Lahore Sales Office located in Gulberg, Lahore.
The following are the requirements for this position:
1. Organizing YKK Pakistan Sales Operation section as a Team Leader.
2. Ensuring staff training and motivation within section to achieve individual targets/objectives.
3. To participate in weekly sales meeting to have an update or order receiving / customer demand / complain etc.
4. Handling all operational matters of the sales operations team.
5. Look after for sharing new item or procedure information with the customer.
6. Look after for order to dispatch operations on daily basis.
7. To follow-up with sales staff in offering price quotation / credit terms to the customer subjected to the management approval.
9. To follow-up with the customers regarding bulk orders to prepare the relevant material accordingly as per shared forecast from buyer.
11. Look after customer complain log file & educate staff to improve.
12. Achieving excellence in customer satisfaction by providing smooth and active customer services.
Qualification: Bachelors / Master’s degree in business studies, preferably with Marketing majors, from a HEC recognized university.
Experience: 3 to 4 years in relevant area, preferably having experience in textile.
