Qualification: BBA /BA
Department: Customer Services Division
Experience: Minimum 1 year banking experience
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
Purpose & Functions: To ensure Customer Services & Quality Services Dimensions complying with all Service Standards of the bank.
Functional Duties & Responsibilities: Implement service monitoring tools and drive process improvement initiatives of all segments of the bank to meet customer expectations.
