HBL is looking to hire a Team Lead ADC Complaint Management – Core Banking Transformation in its Information Technology function, Karachi, who will be responsible for managing ADC complaints during the implementation of the new core banking system and parallel run.
Job Details
• Managing the overall complaints tagged to ADC technical support teams and their resolution as per agreed TAT.
• Developing and refining complaint handling procedures to streamline processes.
• Identifying root causes of complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinating and escalating customer complaints and incidents with vendor, service provider and level 3 support for permanent fix of the customer issues.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in computer science, engineering or related field(s)
Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in banking industry, payment systems & digital channels
