Job Description:
1. Maintain and improve QMS as per API Q1 specification and ISO 9001.
2. Supervise all inspectors deputed at different inspection stands/stations of the pipe plant and coating plant.
3. Manage internal and external Quality Audits.
4. Prepare work instructions and ensure product compliance with client specifications/order requirements.
5. Coordinate with client representative and third party inspectors for inspecting of pipes.
6. Coordinate internally with relevant departments and externally with clients, certification bodies and relevant regulatory bodies.
7. Evaluate the training needs for the Quality staff.
8. Deliver relevant Quality-focused training to the appropriate personnel.
9. Ensure good house keeping and safe working environment at QC stations.
10. Analyze and evaluate Quality efficiencies (rate of rejection/rate of acceptance).
11. Prepare and monitor annual QA/QC expense budget.
