Assistant Engineer (Karachi)
Qualification: BE (Majors- Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics) or Equivalent
Experience: 2 to 3 years in relevant field
Responsibilities:
•Monitor and maintain daily production activities and schedules.
•Implement quality control procedures to ensure product consistency.
•Collaborate on process improvements to enhance efficiency.
•Assist in equipment maintenance and routine repairs.
•Analyze production data and generate performance reports.
•Maintain detailed records and documentation for compliance.
•Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety audits.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
•Provide training and guidance to production staff.
•Investigate and resolve production issues with root cause analysis.
•Contribute to cost control by optimizing processes.
•Support engineering projects related to production.
