Job Description: As a Business Developer (BD) at Ashtex Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing strong client relationships. This is a remote position with night shifts from 8 pm to 4 am.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork to generate revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on Upwork, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research on Upwork to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients specifically on Upwork.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Demonstrate proficiency in crafting persuasive bids and proposals to secure projects on Upwork.
Utilize market research insights to tailor bids effectively, highlighting our strengths and value propositions.
Develop compelling and engaging content tailored for Upwork profiles, proposals, and communications. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding while aligning content with client needs and market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, preferably in a services company of 1-2 years, with a focus on Upwork.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
