Hiring for Customer Service Executive
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Lahore. Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries and concerns from customers. The successful candidate will also collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues, and work to improve overall customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred
Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software programs
