Position: Manager Systems / Networks
Role:
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Resolve user hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless operations
• Manage site-to-site connectivity, VPN setups, mobile device integration and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Ensure the implementation of robust security measures and backup protocols to secure data and systems integrity
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS) or related field; certifications such as CCNA/ MCSE is a must
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in IT systems and network management, with leadership responsibilities preferred
Competencies:
Must be strong in the following:
• Expertise in IT systems and network management
• Effective troubleshooting to minimize disruptions
• Communication and analytical skills
