Key Responsibilities:

– Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets through strategic planning, including new account research and acquisition, utilizing sector expertise and market insights.
– Cultivate relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory, taking the lead in building rapport.
– Monitor competitor activities, analyze their effectiveness, and prepare defensive strategies accordingly.
– Establish and nurture business relationships with key decision-makers to advance the business objectives.
– Collaborate with the team to develop customer training and education programs.
– Strategies daily, weekly, and annual objectives and activities to optimize customer engagement and effectiveness.
– Utilize CRM systems to continuously develop all sales activities, such as managing the sales funnel.
