Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The Human Resources Manager will also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
- Ability to manage and oversee multiple HR functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the software industry is a plus
