Manager Banking on Equality (BoE)
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Minimum graduation or equivalent from HEC recognized university
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Lahore
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Minimum 4 years of banking experience with at least 1 year in SBP BoE reporting and compliance.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
■ Well-versed with SBP policies and regulations, in specification to Banking on Equality Policy.
■ To gather all the relevant and up to date data from all internal customers for onward submission to SBP related to BOE.
■ To implement BOE policy in the bank as per the SBP regulations.
■ To arrange trainings of staff related to BOE policy.
𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
■ Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
■ Exceptional compliance, internal controls and reporting skills
